one person can't make a difference

I hear this statement alot "One person can't make a difference ". Going Vegan won't change anything unless everyone in the world went Vegan... "One simply isnt ENOUGH!"

Have you ever had someone tell you something that stuck with you forever? Like they planted this seed inside your head and it has always just stuck.

That is what most Vegans aim to do is " plant the seed" . Your right one person can't change the destruction of our planet, the slaughter of our animals, and the damaging of our health. But one person can plant a seed and that is what matters.

Since I have become Vegan I am sure I have lost alot of FB friends, IG followers, and even certain people have stopped talking to me all together in fear I will attack them on what they eat. But what myself, the animals, and this planet has gained from me becoming Vegan is far more important than what I have lost socially.

My mom has been Vegan for two months now quit cold turkey, a close family member of mine has cut out meat all together, and a few family and friends have switched to almond milk, creamer, vegan mayo, meatless mondays etc. Which is HUGE for them and me! I don't ever think that efforts dont matter or aren't enough because they are.

So not only have I saved

1,100 gallon of water

30 square foot of forest land

45 pounds of grain

1 animals life

A DAY

Me going Vegan doubled that total from planting the seed in other's. I promise one person can make a difference, pass along the information it WILL make a difference.
