One thing I can say that I miss the most is chicken bites. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside dipped in sauce! So that is exactly what I have here for you. A meatless chicken bites recipe :)
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Quorn Chicken Fillets (bought at walmart)
Bread Crumbs (Used Original)
Panko (Used Original)
Garlic Salt
Onion Powder
Mustard Powder
Cracked Pepper
Sea Salt
Oil(for frying)
Coconut Milk( in a can)
Flour( Used wheat flour)
*I like to use coconut to coat these because it a thicker consistency and the bread crumbs stick better*
HOW TO MAKE:
-Cook Fillets instructions on the back of box
-In a small bowl mix your bread crumbs, panko, 1tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tbsp cracked pepper, 1tbsp sea salt.
- In a small bowl add coconut milk
-In a small bowl add flour
- Once fillets are done cooking cut them into bite size pieces
-Dip bites into flour, then dip into coconut milk, then dip into bread crumbs
-Repeat 2-3 times for a crisy bite
-Fry bites 2 minutes on each side on medium/ high heat
Serve right away nice and hot with a side of fry sauce!
FRY SAUCE IS KETHCUP AND HOT SAUCE MIXED :)
